Rehabilitation Services

At Sierra Valley Rehab Center, our focus is short-term rehabilitation. We work with each patient to help them reach their highest level of functional ability and whenever possible return them to their homes or lowest level of care.

Nursing Services

Our nursing department strives to provide quality care with dignity for our patients. Professionally staffed around the clock.

Hospice Care

We offer compassionate care to maintain or improve the quality of life for those whose illness, disease, or condition is unlikely to be cured. Each patient is evaluated to allow us to provide the most comfortable and appropriate individualized care plan.

Long-Term Care

At Sierra Valley Rehab Center, we also provide services to residents who need longer-term care. We offer nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, social services, and activities to these residents.
